Active Health programmes are open to all ActiveSG members (for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents) or a registered user before you can register for ActiveSG programmes. You may read more on how to register for an account or as an ActiveSG member here.
You may book for Active Health programmes through myactivesg.
You may pay for a programme via:
- Member’s eWallet* (using the ActiveSG mobile app and website)
- Credit Card (using the ActiveSG mobile app and website)
- Cash/ Credit Card at our ActiveSG Sport Centres / Swimming Complexes
- NETs at selected Sports Centres
*Please ensure that you have sufficient stored value (“MyCash”) in your eWallet. Utilisation of ActiveSG Dollars for Programme fees is strictly applicable to eWallet payment only.
Our services have been heavily subsidised in the past and this new paid model will allow interested participants the opportunity to secure our expanded range of programmes and service(s), and to better serve the larger community. Market research and consumer surveys have been conducted to ensure competitive yet affordable pricing, and we will continue to evaluate our service offerings
All programmes must be checked out from the shopping cart for confirmation of registration. Immediate payment is required to secure a lot for the programme. Any unpaid slot will be released after 10 minutes, according to the shopping cart timer.
Your booking is confirmed once full payment is made. You may contact the number or email listed under the Active Health programme that you registered for.
No refunds will be issued once payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
Programmes discounts (if any) will be indicated upfront.
There will not be any further discounts for programmes that are offered at promotional rates.
Anyone aged 55 years old and above will be eligible for a 10% senior citizens’ discount upon their 55th birthday. They will then enjoy 10% off the programme fee for new programme sign ups which starts on their 55th birthday onwards. The senior citizen discount is not applicable for programmes which start before the 55th birthday of the participant. There will be no pro-rating of programme fees if the participant’s 55th birthday falls during the course of the programme.
No, registration on behalf of another person, that is not a supplementary member tagged to the same person, is not allowed as participants are required to agree to the programme Terms & Conditions before registering for the programme.
➢ ActiveSG membership is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs). You must be at least 12 years old to apply for this membership. However, those who are below 12 years old are eligible for supplementary membership, tagged to the accounts of their parents/guardians.
Participants will be informed in advance in the case of programme cancellation, and details of replacement session(s) will be communicated.

All programmes are accompanied by descriptions to help participants make informed decisions. Participants will be advised to go through the Get Active Questionnaire and/or Pre-Participation Survey provided before joining a programme.
There is no limit to the number of programmes you can book. Programme slots are released about one month in advance.
